First time at Beauty Hour Studio? Don't worry, I've got you

What to expect for your first visit

Arrive early to park and find my room. Parking is EASY theres two parking lots as well as street parking.
I am located on the first floor, second door to your left just before the staircase!
You'll receive a text from my booking system to check-in please do so and wait for my response to let you know when to come in. You can hang out in the lobby!
Check out is contactless so please bring your phone to your appointment and make sure apple/google pay is set up.
Let me know if you have any changes in your skin, medications, or products.
Please reach out at any point if you have any questions or concerns.

Please don't apologize for:

How you look, how much hair you have, or how long it's been.

Don't feel like you need to "clean up" before coming in. I've seen it all. I promise, nothing scares me. (except spiders)
